About the role

 

Our Finance team partner with every area of our business and ensure commercial thinking feeds into everything we do. By working across every team, we look at how we’re performing and provide useable insights to support strategic business decisions. With Australian former ‘CFO of The Year’ Leah Weckert steering our team, we set up our customers and people for success through good commercial sense.

 

What you'll be doing

 

This is a highly visible role where you will drive and own the production of group forecasts, outlooks, risks and opportunities as well as provide independent forecast modelling and critique of business performance. You will also provide competitor and market impact assessments and updates, aligned to Investor Relations outputs.

 

Good things you'll need

 

We’re after a highly skilled professional with considerable experience.

 

You’ll also need:

  • a CA/CPA or similar business qualification with commercial awareness and business focus
  • strong leadership skills, coaching/mentoring/development skills
  • advanced influencing/negotiating skills
  • advanced time management skills
  • advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • advanced communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • experience working with large corporates, Retail or listed companies would be preferred but not essential
  • experience collaborating and coordinating with a broad range of stakeholders across a business
  • excellent interpersonal skills with significant experience managing internal stakeholders at GM level
