About the role

In this 18-month fixed term opportunity as our Senior Business Analyst, you will have a focus on optimising and standardising business practices across pricing, invoicing, and cost management.  You will form part of the Coles Wholesale Services team and work to ensure that the team works towards exceeding customer SLA’s.


Other ways you will make an impact include:
•    Compare and analyse data from various sources and choose effective approach and courses of action and development of solutions.
•    Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities to deliver tactical and strategic changes
•    Develop strategies and innovative product and process improvements to attract new customers and markets

 

About you and your skills

This position will enable you to leverage your strong analytical skills as part of this pivotal position.  You will be able to hone your skills and have genuine impact as part of a dedicated, supportive team!    


You will bring:


•    Demonstrated experience in a commercial function
•    Proven analytical skills with the ability to draw insights with exposure to PowerBi, SQL or R preferred
•    Well-developed stakeholder management skill to confidently engage and partner with varied internal and external stakeholder 
•    Knowledge of integration for large scale retail, logistics and corporate environment
•    Clear demonstration in the ability to prioritise and deliver commercially viable and practical solutions
•    Highly developed capability to plan, analyse and think strategically
