Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
<h3>About the role</h3>
You’ll be joining a dynamic Data & Insights team that partners closely with stakeholders across the business. Our mission is to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions that empower strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively drive next generation reporting & insights
- Solution design for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Facilitating cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Interpret and Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders
<h3>About you and your skills</h3>
You are an analytical and results-driven professional with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights. Combining strong technical expertise with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex business challenges. What you will bring:
- Strong background in data consultancy, ideally with retail experience
- Expertise in business analytics and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Skilled in advanced analytics, statistical modelling and predictive techniques
- Proven experience in data engineering and managing relational databases
- Proficiency with ETL processes and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, data-driven solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience delivering projects in agile environments
- Proven capability of facilitating the development of insights and data capability within organisations
