You will be joining the Corporate Technology team and are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple parts of Coles including Finance, Procurement, Risk and Safety.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing Business Analysis across some exciting projects within the Corporate Technology space supporting a wide variety of business units. You will be a key part of ensuring the management and delivery of a variety of projects ranging in size and budget, with a focus on product recalls and incident management.
- Elicitation and documentation of business requirements using agile techniques
- Advanced Stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive projects and outcomes
- Develop a strong understand of business needs and objectives
- Refinement of user stories, epics, features and acceptance criteria
- Liaise with architects and technical teams across Coles to develop innovative solutions
- Assist with the management and estimation of the backlog
About you and your skills
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment, and the ability to establish and follow lean processes to ensure high productivity.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment or within a large complex organisation is a huge bonus.
- Experience with delivery of projects through practical Agile & Lean methodologies
- Experience working in Governance based environments desirable (but not essential).
- Product Owner or Delivery experience is highly regarded.
