About the role

 


Are you ready to play a critical role in driving change and efficiency at Coles 360? This is a rare opportunity to define the future of Coles 360, working on Greenfield projects from the beginning. 


You'll collaborate with an incredible team, making real process and efficiency improvements that drive business success.

 

This role can be supported to work from Melbourne or Sydney, Permanent or Part-Time. 

 

 

 
What you’ll be doing

 

 
You'll identify continuous improvement opportunities, deliver process and documentation materials, and automate processes to support and enable our operational teams.

 

You’ll work with Transformation Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. Additionally, you’ll deliver prioritised backlog initiatives to support delivery on the squad’s quarterly objectives.

 

 

 
You’ll also

 


•    Define requirements, focusing on problem-solving and opportunity identification.
•    Collaborate with operational teams to automate processes and drive efficiencies.
•    Deliver and maintain process and documentation materials.
•    Work on big programs, making recommendations to streamline processes.

 

 

About you and your skills

 

 

With 3-5 years’ experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Digital, you come from a tech company, publisher, media agency, or inhouse marketing/media team.  


You'll bring expertise in requirements gathering and demonstrated experience driving change or transformation. 


Collaborative and relationship oriented, you thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.


 
You’ll also have


 
•    Experience with agile methodology.
•    Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
•    Agility and ability to learn quickly.
•    Excellent problem-framing and decision-making skills.
•    Knowledge of Salesforce or other AdTech / MarTech technologies.
