Our Group Cyber team is crucial and accountable for all aspects of Cyber Security across Coles including Strategy & Architecture, Identity, Cyber Governance, Cyber Detection & Response, Data Protection and Security Services.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Identity, this position plays a pivotal and active role in uplifting Coles’ Identity and Access Management services.

 

From leading conversations with various business areas to shape and estimate their strategic outcomes, to shaping and curating the backlog for the identity domain, the Security Principal is passionate about protecting our customers and team members.

 

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading pipeline management function for the Identity domain including the front door and initiative estimates, liaising with Identity SMEs and domain leadership;
  • Being the point of contact for technology and business stakeholders engaging with the Identity domain for identity and access management services, building positive relationships and delivering key capabilities;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders between Technology as well as all Coles Group business teams (Supermarkets, Liquor, Corporate etc.;
  • Understanding Cyber Security policies and standards, and security requirements across the systems lifecycle for new or changes to existing IAM products and services;
  • Supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus;

 

About you

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

  • Proven Portfolio Management skills managing scope, time, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder management;
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Microfocus, SailPoint;
  • Experience working agile and in a highly complex ambiguous environment;
  • Exceptional collaboration, influencing and communication skills. Written communication is clear and effective;
  • Tertiary degree relating to Technology, Cyber Security, Project Management, or equivalent, will be desirable.
