Our eCommerce function is currently going through an exciting period of transformation and growth and as part of that growth we are looking for a number of Scrum Masters to join the team. The Scrum Master will be dedicated to supporting a specific squad(s) within the eCommerce function, supporting teams across Customer Experience, Network Development & Customer Delivery or New Ventures programmes. What you’ll be doing

As the Scrum Master, you will act as a team enabler, working across one or two dedicated squads. You will facilitate the team with all agile rituals and coach them on scrum and agile practices as they undergo their agile transformation. You will work closely with the team to set up processes to help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


You’ll also:


  • Ideally you will have a non- technical background .
  • Motivate diverse and dispersed teams to support organisational goals while providing high quality feedback to team members on performance.  
  • Articulate the link between organisational goals and project priorities making clear the business context of projects.
  • Work with the Delivery Leads when planning and committing business change to ensure that the delivery teams can meet those commitments.
  • Understand stakeholders’ needs and motivations and implement strategies to address complexities.
  • Work with external partners to understand their constraints and incentives, and ensure collaborations are mutually beneficial.



Good things you’ll need

We’re after a passionate and highly skilled Scrum Masters with strong mentoring and team leadership experience working in or with large, complex organisations.


You’ll also need:


  • Advanced understanding of agile values, principles, methods, and techniques and have coached teams and individuals on how to leverage agile methods
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills, including agile ceremonies, product discoveries and similar events
  • The ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives 
  • To manage ambiguity, operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
