Property looks after one of Australia’s most dynamic portfolios. With an extensive footprint of over 1,800 retail outlets nationally, we’re growing every day. Our team manages every one of these locations, and we work together with our business units on all thing’s property, from site acquisition through to asset management.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who is keen to learn about property. Reporting to the Review Leasing Manager, you’ll provide critical administrative support to ensure Coles and Liquor leases are reviewed and renewed on time, contributing directly to the profitability and tenure security of our business.

What you’ll do
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including department heads, to support lease negotiations and renewals.
• Collate and analyse lease data to provide market evidence for review leasing executives.
• Execute and distribute reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with board submissions and report preparation for senior leadership.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
About You and Your Skills
With an evident interest in property / leasing or tertiary qualifications in property / related field, you'll have:
• Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, and general IT systems.
• Confidence, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
