About the Role

 

 


As Revenue Manager – Commercial Strategy, you'll sit at the centre of Coles 360's commercial decision making, partnering with Sales, Finance, Category and Product teams to turn strategic plans into measurable revenue outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of one of Australia's leading retail media businesses, working alongside experienced commercial leaders to solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful growth.

 


You'll become a trusted advisor on revenue performance, identifying growth opportunities, influencing senior stakeholders and connecting strategy with execution. What you will do

 

 

You'll own the revenue planning framework, connecting strategy with execution to maximise business performance across Coles 360. Using data, market intelligence and strategic insight, you'll identify opportunities, influence decision making and ensure our teams remain focused on the initiatives that deliver the greatest value.

 


Success in this role isn't just about analysing numbers. It's about recognising opportunities others miss, building strong relationships across the business and turning ideas into measurable results.

 

 


You will also

 

 


•    Lead revenue planning, forecasting and opportunity management across Coles 360.
•    Identify and prioritise incremental revenue opportunities using data and commercial insight.
•    Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Category teams to translate strategy into execution.
•    Develop reporting and governance that provides clear visibility of business performance.
•    Present strategic recommendations that influence senior decision making.
•    Continuously improve planning frameworks, processes and ways of working.

 

 


About you and your skills

 

 


You might come from Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Finance, Management Consulting or another commercially focused role where you've influenced strategic decisions and delivered measurable business outcomes.

 

You're commercially curious, an exceptional relationship builder and comfortable simplifying complex ideas for a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy challenging the status quo, thinking a few steps ahead and finding practical ways to unlock growth. 

 

 


You will also have

 

 

•    Proven success identifying commercial opportunities through data and delivering measurable business outcomes.
•    Strong commercial acumen across revenue drivers, forecasting, pricing, planning and performance.
•    Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is highly regarded.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
•    Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
