About the Role

We’re seeking a Range & Space Insights & Analytics Manager to lead the transformation of how we use data across our Range & Space function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of strategic insights, build scalable analytics tools, and become a trusted SME for data-driven decision-making.

 

You will also;

  • Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards that provide real-time visibility of key metrics
  • Aggregate and interpret store-level SKU performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Lead the migration of data systems to Snowflake, improving accessibility and usability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure insights are widely available and effectively applied
  • Act as a bridge between data teams and commercial stakeholders, helping shape hypotheses and drive actionable outcomes
  • Develop and deliver strategic data and insights initiatives to support commercial decision-making
  • Support continuous improvement by coaching teams on analytics best practices and developing tools that enhance efficiency

 


About you and your skills 
 

Our ideal candidate for this role is a commercially astute analytics professional with experience in the FMCG or Retail industry. You are adept at navigating the dynamic retail landscape, swiftly adapting to change and effectively connecting strategic, commercial, and operational perspectives to drive improvement initiatives. Your experience includes developing dashboards, automating reporting, and enhancing data accessibility.

 

You will also ideally have;

  • Proven experience in insights, analytics, or commercial roles within FMCG, retail, consultancies, or supplier environments
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for asking “why” and diving deep into complex datasets
  • Experience with Snowflake, Excel, PowerBI, and Blue Yonder is highly desirable.
  • Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of product, category, and space performance
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations
  • Experience working in or alongside commercial buying teams or finance functions
