About the role

With over 2500 retail locations around the country, our Property team looks after one of the most dynamic portfolios in Australia. Working with teams across the business, we provide a range of services from site acquisition, leasing and renewals, through to development, construction and asset management. We’re growing too, so it’s a great time to jump on board and build your career.

You’ll utilise your analytical skills and passion for storytelling to partner with a designated business unit, providing valuable and actionable insights that’ll make a real difference.

Other ways you can make an impact include:

  • assisting in the development and evolution of the property strategy
  • identifying new markets to enter and how we can help improve our customer offer in existing stores
  • owning a project area that provides actionable insights to our board which can lead to significant and positive change for the business
  • contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team (and broader Property function) by identifying and implementing improved efficiencies and better ways of working
  • traveling interstate to gain on the ground knowledge of a particular geographical area, allowing you to build effective relationships with customers

Good things you’ll need

  • tertiary qualification in Economics, Geography, Property, Statistics, Business Commerce or a related discipline
  • experience working in an analytically focused role
  • a passion for retail, site selection and location analysis
  • a strategic and analytical mindset to solve problems, identify solutions and make appropriate recommendations
  • the ability to tell stories through the use of data and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • a high level of self-motivation, comfort working both independently and within a team, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • valid Australian Driver License
