Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.


About the role 


Make the lives of our store teams easier by delivering large scale projects that increase efficiency and implement “forward thinking” ways of operating. 

You will also:

  • Support and guide our senior stakeholders in defining project requirements and scope
  • Own financials for the project including estimates for set up and forecasting project budgets
  • Develop and utilise project management plans to deliver according to performance measures, critical path activities and fit for use outcomes. 
  • Provide advice to steering committees and ensure appropriate reporting, governance and control functions are upheld
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver project deliverables with an emphasis on change management and longevity
  • Design and deliver communications and project packs for stakeholders.


About you and your skills 

You will have:

  • Extensive experience delivering large scale projects (in a retail and/or operations environment will be considered favourably) 
  • An understanding of store operations, merchandise functions and inventory would be highly beneficial
  • A successful track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • The ability to engage with and understand a diverse stakeholder group
  • The ability to interpret and use data to provide recommendations and create presentations
  • A level of comfort and expertise with change management
