Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. About the role:
The role of the Project Coordinator – Infrastructure Delivery is to oversee the delivery of Store infrastructure delivery projects in the Store Infrastructure Delivery Portfolio.
This role works across several projects in the Store Infrastructure Delivery portfolio to assist with the set up and actioning of key project governance, activities and deliverables. You will assist Project Managers and Portfolio Managers to establish and maintain key project management processes and deliverables such as project financial management, Benefit realisation and tracking, scheduling, status reporting, risk and issues management and scope management using best practice methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Portfolio Planning:
- Manage the production of detailed and integrated project plans, ensuring all activities are identified and appropriately resourced to deliver project objectives
- Warehousing Inventory, Order Management, Hardware forecasting, Order fulfilment
- Warehouse and Invoice reporting
- Forecasting and analysis
- Demand planning, optimise Resource, Hardware and schedules
Portfolio Scope Definition:
- Collaborate and lead the planning and execution of complex and wide ranging information gathering along with stakeholder and vendor consultation activities to align on program and project deliverables
- Vendor management and Vendor governance
Portfolio Reporting:
- Collaborate and lead the planning and delivery of warehouse, supply chain and procurement reporting and review processes
- Anticipate risks, issues associated to the supply and demand of Technology hardware for store infrastructure delivery
About you and your skills:
- Experience planning, executing and (ideally) leading projects, including planning, governance, project financials and forecasting
- Experience in Vendor management, Vendor Governance & Vendor performance management
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms).
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in IT infrastructure projects/programs
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in IT support function roles
- Understanding of Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Jira, Confluence and Clarity
- Anticipating risks and issues that impact delivery of projects and programs
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
- Effectively communicate with and influence business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, managing expectations and demonstrating a high level of integrity
