About the team
Support our PMO Lead with the operational running of our warehouse management system (WMS) modernisation project.
Use your commercial acumen, reporting capability and stakeholder engagement skills to make sure our project stays on track, on budget and communication flows smoothly.
This permanent opporttunity will be commencing in March.
You will also:
- Oversee financial management of the project including budget tracking, detailed financial reporting and resource allocation
- Manage and influence a large and diverse stakeholder group with a particular focus on preparing sites for potential impacts
- Manage the Risks and Issues register and work with the relevant stakeholders and PMO to ensure timely and appropriate resolution
- Prepare compelling and clear presentation packs to be used at all levels of leadership
- Manage all aspects of project administration including setup of meetings/agendas, taking meeting minutes, organising events, timesheet compliance and overseeing documentation
About you and your skills
We are looking for someone who has proven skills coordinating and managing project financials, supporting financial workbooks and experience with related financial files and applications.
Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be excellent, as well as your ability to work independently with limited direction and or information.
You will also:
- 2 + years (including financial experience) in a similar role, ideally within a retail environment
- Proven ability to manage project financials and strong understanding of budgets and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with a diverse stakeholder group and project management communities
- An understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and supervision
