Program Lead - Store Formats - Hawthorn East

Store Development is redefining retail design. Our team is constantly challenging possibilities. We work with innovative formats and concepts to connect with customers and enhance their in-store experiences, no matter the size or layout of our stores.
About the role
Reporting into the Format Improvement Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of major format projects, such as Simplified Stores, by managing time, cost, quality, risk, vendors, teams and governance, and communication in alignment with project objectives.
You will:

Continually update project plans/charters and use a robust project methodology to plan, track and report on progress of projects, whilst identifying and managing risks

Promote awareness of project lifecycles with stakeholders, establishing clear start and end dates, accountabilities and project processes

Support the property, construction, operations and design teams in managing key milestones, support with the issue resolution and charter the program plan delivery according to deadlines

Facilitate updates to typical documentation such as drawings and matrices
About you and your skills
We are looking for someone with a customer-centric approach and eager to level-up their career in the project management space. You have will have 3-5 years’ experience in coordinating and driving end to end strategic projects, involving major business transformations in a large-scale environment.
You’ll also have:

Experience in Architecture, Construction or Property (preferred but not essential)

The ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and to influence, engage with stakeholders (up to the General Manager level), and communicate complex information

The ability to delivery when under time/resource pressures with limited supervision
-
The ability to manage project scheduling, financial and resource management
-
Experience in project governance and managing multiple stakeholders
-
Advanced Excel skills as well as experience with Adobe suite
