About the role
You will play a key role in supporting program governance and delivery by coordinating planning, tracking progress, managing dependencies and risks, and providing reporting and insights that support decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Working closely with stakeholders across Store Development, Commercial teams, Construction, Property, Finance, Marketing and Customer Insights, and City Engineering, you will help ensure initiatives are delivered in line with governance frameworks, program timelines and strategic objectives.
You will:
- Support strong program governance processes to create clarity around project roles, responsibilities and decision-making frameworks.
- Assist in the development and management of program delivery plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies and timelines are effectively coordinated.
- Identify and help mitigate risks and issues across programs of work, supporting timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
- Monitor dependencies, critical paths and program progress, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivery milestones.
- Prepare and present findings, projections and recommendations to support senior leadership and governance forums.
- Plan and support the implementation of approved initiatives and recommendations to optimise benefit realisation and resource utilisation.
- Maintain and update program documentation, reporting artefacts and delivery tracking tools to ensure visibility of program performance and progress.
About you and your skills
You bring a customer-centric mindset and are eager to grow your career in the program management space. You have experience supporting program or project delivery within fast-paced environments, with strong capabilities in planning, governance and execution.
You are highly organised, collaborative and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to coordinate delivery activities and support program success.
You’ll also:
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Provide actionable insights and analysis to support program delivery decisions and continuous improvement.
- Monitor program dependencies, risks and critical paths to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the implementation of approved initiatives.
- Ensure resource utilisation and benefit realisation are optimised.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Apply an understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability with structured thinking and a strategic mindset.
