About the role
We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Creative Services team at Coles. This role plays a key part in strengthening how we deliver omnichannel campaigns, ensuring activity across digital, print and in-store channels is well planned, coordinated and delivered to a consistently high standard.
You’ll work on large-scale weekly campaigns seen by millions of Australian customers, partnering with experienced creative, brand and production teams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

What you will do
You’ll manage the delivery of creative assets across multiple channels, coordinating timelines, aligning teams and ensuring work moves smoothly from brief through to final production.
You will also
• Support delivery of weekly promotional campaigns across the business
• Improve workflow coordination between creative, production and stakeholder teams
• Build clear production plans and communicate timelines across stakeholders
• Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and production specifications
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to keep work progressing smoothly
• Help maintain quality, consistency and on-time delivery in a high-volume campaign environment.
About you and your skills
You bring 4+ years’ experience as a Production Manager or Producer within an agency or in-house creative environment. You may also come from a Senior Graphic Artist or Senior Designer background where you’ve developed strong production or project management capability.
You’re hands-on, highly organised and comfortable managing complex production timelines in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also have
• Experience delivering high-volume creative production across digital and print environments
• Strong project management capability within fast-paced campaign environments
• Confident stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and push back when needed
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control under tight timeframes
• Qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
