About the role

As part of this ambition, we launched our Sustainability Strategy under two pillars ‘Together to Zero’ and ‘Better Together’. Our eCommerce team is looking for a Product Manager with strong background in sustainability to join our team to make this vision come true .


What you’ll be doing


You will be leading the change with our online team, building roadmaps and business cases. A communicative and articulate leader who has a passion for sustainability. You will have the ability to run full product process from setting objectives to competitive research to writing requirements, to launching, testing and monitoring.


You’ll also have:


  • Passion for sustainability.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the product lifecycle, experience building and shipping consumer product experiences.
  • Understanding of a digital and operational ecosystem, including product development lifecycle, development methodologies (including agile), user experience design, usability and accessibility.
  • Act as the key contributor in positioning Coles as one of the most sustainable companies.
  • Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.


You ‘ll also need:


  • A degree in Engineering or Science would be preferred .
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar.
  • A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
  • Experienced in communicating and rationalising product design decisions
  • Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
  • Experience supporting digital and operational channels in large, complex organisations.
