As a Product Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to optimise our third-party marketplace offering (DoorDash & Uber), streamline processes and ways of working.

You will

 

  • Work closely with the category team to align trade events and promotional activity.
  • Act as the operational liaison between Digital Product team and key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics
  • Utilises OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for their team
  • Manages and prioritises backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes
  • Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squads
  • Familiarity with top level inputs & metrics in order accurately identify problems
  • Responsible for managing one or more product managers and their respective squads.
  • Mentors’ direct reports and relevant yearly review processes

 

Your skills

 

  • Understanding of eCommerce technologies and tools such as Jira
  • Previous experience managing multiple stakeholders to achieve an agreed outcome
  • Experience in product life-cycle management including content management
  • Degree in marketing/business/commerce or related field preferred but not essential
  • Experience in eCommerce, online marketing, retail, or equivalent education
  • Attention to detail, prioritisation, and negotiation
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and in a structured way
  • Ability to understand data, provide reporting and turn insights into action
  • Very strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A growth mindset with a desire to drive increased revenue opportunities
  • Experience in product life cycle management including product listings, content, barcode maintenance, inventory, pricing, and promotions
