We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager – Propositions to lead the evolution of key eCommerce experiences that make it easier for customers to shop while driving meaningful business growth.
In this role, you’ll own the strategy and delivery of proposition-led improvements across areas such as localisation, contextualisation, slot selection, and slot expiry. You’ll play a critical role in shaping simpler, more relevant customer journeys across all service types.

 

About the Role

As Product Manager, you will define the direction and deliver impactful change across core customer experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with both customer needs and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for proposition-related initiatives
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
  • Drive improvements in localisation and address management to ensure customers access the right proposition settings
  • Enhance contextualised browse and range experiences aligned to customer mission and service type
  • Improve slot selection and slot recovery journeys to reduce friction and customer abandonment
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align product priorities with strategic and commercial objectives
  • Define success measures and leverage data-driven insights to inform prioritisation and decision-making
  • Champion continuous improvement through testing, learning, and iteration

 

About You

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within eCommerce or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and journey optimisation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
