About the team

As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with strong technical expertise to lead the technology design and enablement of our modern MarTech stack. While this role carries the Product Manager title, it functions as a MarTech Tech Lead – responsible for shaping technical patterns, guiding integration design, and connecting our omni-channel technology platforms to drive smarter, faster, and more personalised experiences for millions of Australians.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical enablement and design patterns for our modern MarTech stack including Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), experimentation and decisioning engines, and behavioural analytics tools.

• Serve as the technical domain owner for platform-level MarTech architecture and integration standards – including API-first, event-driven, and zero-copy patterns.

• Lead solutioning across platforms like Amperity, Braze, Peak.ai, High touch, Snowflake, and Adobe Target/AEM.

• Translate business use cases into detailed technical delivery plans and interface with engineers, architects, and platform specialists to bring them to life.

• Partner with Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams to guide lower-level design decisions and maintain platform scalability, reliability, and reusability.

• Support delivery squads and business units with technical best practices across audience management, identity stitching, consent frameworks, and real-time orchestration.

• Ensure cross-platform consistency in MarTech data contracts, metadata models, and event schemas.

About You

• Proven experience in MarTech, data platforms, or digital product engineering roles.

• Deep technical fluency in modern MarTech and customer experience stacks – including CDPs, CEPs, decisioning engines, and analytics platforms.

• Hands-on experience designing real-time and event-driven architectures that scale across channels and teams.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Amperity, Braze, Hightouch, Peak.ai, Adobe Experience Cloud, Segment, Tealium, Salesforce, or similar.

• Experience working with data engineers, solution architects, and platform teams to deliver reusable technical foundations.

• Comfortable operating in a matrixed enterprise environment, aligning multiple stakeholders while advocating for good technical practices.
