About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager – Last Mile Technology to lead the development and evolution of a cutting-edge platform that transforms our van delivery operations. Sitting within the Fulfilment & Last Mile Capability team, this role is pivotal in integrating driver execution tools, journey mapping, and van telematics to optimise performance and elevate the van driver experience.

You’ll define the product vision, lead discovery and design, and drive delivery of a new platform that supports operational excellence. Once live, you’ll own the feature roadmap and deliver commercial outcomes that directly impact our last mile operations.

 

What you’ll do

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Last Mile Technology
  • Lead market scanning and product discovery through cross-functional engagement
  • Develop a deep understanding of operational processes, system workflows, and toolsets
  • Identify cost efficiencies and experience improvements across the last mile journey
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and vendors to solve vehicle routing challenges
  • Drive complex cross-functional initiatives and maintain stakeholder alignment
  • Translate evolving business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Create and track OKRs that define squad objectives and success metrics
  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritisation, and delivery cadence

 

About you

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and operational KPIs; preferably in last mile
  • Experience in Product or Project Management and systems development methodologies
  • Experience in defining and writing functional requirements 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a passion for solving operational challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with telematics, routing algorithms, or driver tools is a plus
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
