  • Gather, manage and prioritise requirements to ensure initiatives align to strategy, OKRs and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering, Experience, Product, Marketing, Data and Analytics teams to take initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
  • Use customer research, insights and performance data to inform product decisions, optimisation opportunities and future priorities.
  • Manage dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication across teams to support successful delivery.

About your skills

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within a large, complex digital or omni-channel environment.
  • Understanding of Product Management in the telematics and mobility space is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, digital product delivery, agile ways of working and backlog management.
  • Experience working with personalisation, optimisation or digital experience platforms, with exposure to tools such as CDP, Adobe Target or analytics platforms highly regarded.
  • Confidence translating customer insights, research and data into product concepts, solutions and prioritised delivery plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate product decisions clearly and bring others on the journey.
  • A collaborative style, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, data and analytics teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
