Our Click & Collect (C&C) product team is seeking a Product Manager to join their team.  

As a Product Manager within C&C focussed on Growth, you will ultimately be responsible for facilitating sales growth for the C&C channel.   

 

About the role

We’re looking for a growth-focused C&C Product Manager who will be accountable for the development and execution of the C&C Growth product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the overall C&C product vision and strategy. This role is critical in driving C&C sales growth and improving customer NPS.

You’ll work closely with Marketing and Trade teams to develop compelling customer offers that fuel growth and align with our broader business goals. You will also, from discovery through to execution, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, support sales growth, and simplify the in-store operating model—validating through proof of concepts, trials and finally scaling successful programs nationally.
Store Operations will be a key partner in your success, helping to ensure that initiatives land seamlessly in-store and deliver value across the business and to our customers.


You will be managing and leading a team of 1-2 Associate Product Managers to execute the roadmap and support in driving key results and outcomes for initiatives.

You will have previous experience with datasets - comfortable working with data, reporting and providing key insights to validate the success of initiatives.

 

About you and your skills


•    Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar
•    Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including understanding of product environment and agile ways of working
•    Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results for customers and business
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders
•    Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change
•    Prior experience working in retail industry is desirable
•    Experience working with Trade and Marketing functions 
•    Understanding of online retail operations including in-store operations - order fulfillment and collection
•    Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
•    Analytical with ability to deep dive into data and perform analysis to draw out key insights to support key decisions
•    Demonstrated problem solving skills
•    Demonstrated people management experience
