About the team

As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the role

As a Product Manager at Coles Group, you’ll play a key role in transforming how we deliver to our customers through our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) network, built in partnership with global eCommerce leader Ocado. This role is central to driving the strategy and execution of initiatives that enhance our end-to-end eCommerce and supply chain operations, delivering high-quality customer experiences while improving operational efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing a strategic product roadmap aligned to business objectives, using OKRs and key outcomes to guide prioritisation and measure success. Collaborating closely with internal squads, stakeholders, and the Ocado team, you’ll ensure our backlog and broader roadmap support both local business needs and international platform capabilities.

With a deep understanding of supply chain and eCommerce operations, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how we fulfil customer orders—from picking and packing to delivery—within a highly automated environment. Your ability to quantify business benefits, manage dependencies, and lead cross-functional initiatives will be essential to your success.

You’ll work alongside Associate Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Product Managers and Delivery Leads, guiding the end-to-end execution of initiatives from discovery to delivery. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members, uplifting product processes, and fostering a strong, collaborative culture.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication are vital, as you’ll ensure transparency around priorities, progress, and outcomes. If you’re passionate about solving complex customer problems, have experience in supply chain or eCommerce, and are excited to contribute to the future of grocery delivery, this role is for you.
