About the role

 
We have an opportunity for a Product Manager to join the Digital Products team in a Full-Time and Permanent capacity, reporting into our Group Product Manager.   


Embedded in the Digital arm of Coles, this role will craft the vision, strategy and roadmap for attracting members to Coles’ membership program, Coles Plus. An exciting position to own the web and app experience of the product whilst partnering with a variety of stakeholders to innovate and enhance the product’s experience.  


In this role, you can expect to:

 

  • Define the product strategy and prioritise features/roadmap, experiments, and optimisations based on business objectives 
  • Drive product discovery, create a product vision, and contribute to the product strategy and roadmap to achieve organisational goals 
  • Utilise customer data and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth 
  • Facilitate the balance of technological feasibility, customer needs, and business goals to deliver innovative, user-centric products aligned with company goals 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise key growth opportunities  
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of their initiatives, from discovery to delivery  
  • Accountable for squad OKRs and tracks OKRs and key success measures for the team  

 
About you and your skills:


Leveraging your existing Product Management experience, you are also financially savvy and have a strong understanding of the financial implications of membership-based programs.  


You will also have in your tool kit:

 

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role  
  • Proven experience in supporting digital channels in large, complex organizations 
  • Experience owning commercial products with outcomes tied to a P&L 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation and Marketing Automation, improving website and app customer experiences to deliver growth 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and storytelling ability  
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendations  
  • Capable of collaborating with teams and leaders across Digital
