About the role

As the Product Manager for the Inspire team at Coles, you will be responsible for developing and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap to attract and engage customers through value and inspiration. You will own the web and app experience for the Inspire products, working closely with marketing, trade, and cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance customer journeys. This includes optimising top-of-funnel experiences such as SEO, third-party integrations, and universal links to drive traffic, alongside refining the homepage, onboarding, and catalogue experiences. 

 

Your role will also focus on the recipe experience and personalised meal planning, collaborating on seasonal marketing campaigns and trade assets to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience. You will leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve the product offering and deliver measurable growth.

 

Key responsibilities include defining the product strategy, driving product discovery, prioritising features and experiments, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking key success measures and OKRs for the squad, while communicating progress and outcomes to leadership and relevant teams.

About you and your skills

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role  
  • Proven experience in supporting digital channels in large, complex organizations 
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any other content management system  
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Adobe Analytics  
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation and Marketing Automation, improving website and app customer experiences to deliver growth 
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and storytelling ability  
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendations  
  • Capable of collaborating with teams and leaders across Digital  

You'll also have

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the experimentation lifecycle and managing experimentation/optimisation programs   
  • Tertiary degree related to Business, Marketing or equivalent 
  • Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders 
  • Demonstrated experience working in product roles and functions  
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Innovative thinker who can challenge existing processes based on data-led insights  
  • Highly analytical and can clearly translate insight into story to drive change
