Product Manager - Disruptive Technology

What you'll be doing

 

As Product Manager, your role within the team is twofold.  Firstly, you will be accountable for the product vision, roadmap and backlog - ensuring all are representative of the needs of the user and aligned with the expectations of stakeholders.  Secondly, you will manage a small team of Product Owners whom you will work with to define user stories and other backlog artifacts that can be passed to development squads for implementation.

 

Good things you'll have

  • Extensive commercial experience in strategizing the development of ML platforms/emerging tech products or enterprise platforms
  • Experience as product owner/lead for development of novel digital products in agile environments
  • Proven ability to manage product vision, personas, user story mapping, backlog management and prioritization, roadmap, sprint planning/review, release planning, product acceptance criteria, and ensuring associated business value.
  • Experience in translating the “voice of the business/customer” into the vision and roadmap(s) for the platform ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and engineering leadership on solutions, and technology capabilities.
  • Ability to lead and upskill team members to deliver in complex and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
