About the role
We are seeking a visionary Product Manager – AI Commerce to lead a newly created role at the forefront of innovation. This position will be responsible for owning and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered commerce solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of customer experience, working closely with design, technology, and a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI commerce
- Develop and manage a clear roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver seamless, intelligent customer experiences
- Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in AI and commerce
- Translate customer insights into innovative product features and solutions
- Drive product launches, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and successful adoption
About You
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital product, personalisation or AI/ML environments
- Experience in delivering AI driven products from concept to production
- 3+ years’ experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a strong customer-centric focus is preferred
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines and model lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience in defining and tracking success measures related to AI use cases
- Excellent communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and storytelling ability
- Capable of working collaboratively with teams and leaders across Customer & Digital & Technology teams
- Ability to think strategically and practically to translate insights into recommendations
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics and data privacy frameworks
- Experience in designing and implementation of A/B testing strategies
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape, working in and leading in a rapidly evolving omni-channel customer centric environment
