About the team
Through the Liquorland banner, our Coles Liquor team work to bring the drinks our customers want, when and how they want them. With a network of more than 900 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, the team deliver on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Liquor Transformation team for a 12-month secondment. Focused on Digital Order Enablement & Experience, this role will own and evolve key digital and enablement products that deliver measurable customer, commercial and operational outcomes.
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you’ll be accountable for the product OKRs, roadmap and backlog for one or more squads, ensuring delivery is aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
You’ll work across Liquor and the broader Coles Group ecosystem, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, technology, commercial and finance teams to bring product initiatives to life.
This is a high‑impact role where you’ll set clear product direction, partner closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders and take ideas from discovery through to delivery and optimisation in a fast‑paced, large‑scale environment.

About you and your skills
Our ideal candidate is a confident, data and customer-led Product Manager who thrives in complexity and knows how to balance customer value with commercial and delivery realities. You’re comfortable influencing without authority, love turning ambiguity into clarity, and bring strong judgement to prioritisation and decision‑making. Most importantly, you’re motivated by creating products that make a real difference at scale.
You’ll also ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital, technology, or similar environments
- A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes
- Strong capability across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, validation, delivery and optimisation
- Experience building business cases and managing commercial targets and budget inputs
- The ability to explain and defend product decisions using data and clear rationale
- Working knowledge of agile delivery, software development and delivery governance
- Track record of managing service design and discovery initiatives end to end
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present business cases to senior stakeholders
- Commercial judgement and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience with enterprise systems (ecommerce, fulfilment, data, finance) is highly regarded
