About the role

 

 


This Melbourne-based, hybrid role is a 12-month secondment or full-time fixed-term contract.

 


As a mid-level Product Designer, you’ll shape how customers shop across our app and web, working on high-impact initiatives that improve the end-to-end experience.

 


You’ll sit within the Shop and Personalisation team, partnering with product, engineering, and data to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes at scale.

 

 


What you’ll do

 

 


You’ll contribute to end-to-end product design within a cross-functional squad, taking ideas from early exploration through to delivery.

 

 


You’ll also

 

 


• Own design for key parts of the digital shop experience
• Contribute to research, ideation, and solution development
• Create high-quality, accessible designs across app and web
• Use insights and data to guide decisions and refine solutions
• Develop prototypes and high-fidelity outputs
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to deliver seamless experiences.

 

 


About you and your skills

 

 


You’re a Product Designer with a few years of experience in digital environments, with a solid foundation in UX or human-centred design and a strong interest in developing your craft.

 


You’ve worked in agency or in-house settings and are comfortable operating in more complex organisations, building relationships and contributing to outcomes that balance customer and business needs.

 

 


You will also have

 

 


• A portfolio that shows clear thinking, problem solving, and impact
• Ability to move between detail and bigger picture thinking
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Confidence using insights to inform and influence decisions
• A proactive, curious approach to your work
• Exposure to data-led or personalised digital experiences is a bonus.
