About the team:

By combining the fast-paced culture of retail with the ever-growing world of ecommerce, Coles Online takes the time and effort out of grocery shopping. With services such as Home Delivery, Click & Collect and smart lockers, we’re always working on new ways to make life a little easier for our customers – no matter where they are.
Our eCommerce function is currently undergoing an exciting transformation journey and is now seeking a Business Analyst - Product to join the Last Mile transformation squad.

 

What you'll be doing:

As a Business Analyst - Product, you will be responsible for gathering requirements for various initiatives, supporting design of automated warehouse solutions in the Coles Online network, reporting on product success and more. Working closely with Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, you will ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. 

 

You'll also:

  • Provide analystical support to drive key insignts and decision making
  • Work closely with Big Data to derive insights into customer feedback and opportunities for process improvement
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the alignment with the business and strategies
  • Support design of automated warehouse solutions in the Coles Online network

 

Good things you'll need:

  • Junior to Mid level experience as a Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results for both users and the business
  • Experience delivering product features (preferably using Agile methodology)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Altryx
  • Ability to translate business process and customer insights into product concepts
  • Strong technical background and excellent communication skills
