- Develop and deliver training content and manage end-user regression.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from senior leaders to operational teams.
- Advocate for project and change management disciplines across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Design creative and practical change interventions that resonate with diverse audiences.
About you and your skills:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in change management across a portfolio of projects, ideally within FMCG or similar industries.
- Proven experience in highly technical environments, working with stakeholders in Cyber, Security, Risk, Infrastructure, and Core Technology Services.
- Strong background in delivering technology transformation programs (e.g., identity platforms, AI, ERP, data platforms, digital transformation).
- Experience in establishing and maturing operating models and Centres of Excellence (e.g., for AI).
- Ability to self-prioritise and manage competing demands in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Flexibility to support incident resolution outside standard hours when required.
- Expertise in designing and executing change interventions including training and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR®), and tools.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with emotional intelligence and active listening capabilities.
- Strong understanding of project management approaches and ability to align change delivery accordingly.
