About the team

People and Culture are dedicated to fostering  an engaged and empowered workplace. One that’s strong, diverse and where our team members have exciting career pathways to choose from. We do it by making people’s lives easier through better experiences, useful tools, and by providing ongoing opportunities to learn and grow.

About the role

We’re building better experiences for our people and our candidates and that starts with getting our systems right. We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator (People Systems Analyst – Recruitment & Onboarding) to join our Talent Attraction team and support how we evolve and improve our people platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and Phenom. This role plays a key part in ensuring system changes are tested, understood, and land smoothly for end users. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow at the intersection of HR, technology, and user experience.

In this hands-on coordination role, some of the things you’ll be responsible for include:

  • Supporting system releases, enhancements, and configuration changes
  • Running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes work as intended
  • Identifying issues early, logging defects, and supporting resolution
  • Creating simple, clear training and user guides that people actually use
  • Supporting continuous improvement across our people platforms

Work Experience - What We’re Looking For

We’re less focused on job titles and more focused on capability and mindset.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Care for the end-user experience
  • Confidence working with systems, process changes, and stakeholders

You might come from one of the following (or something similar):

  • HR systems or HR operations
  • UAT / functional testing
  • Early career business analysis
  • A coordination role involving systems, process improvement, or change support

Exposure to HR technology (especially SAP SuccessFactors) or experience working with system vendors is beneficial, but not essential.

What’s in it for you?
