About the role 

 


Step into a 12-month lead role that puts you at the heart of some of Coles’ biggest initiatives — from Collectables and Continuity programs to major Value seasonal resets and key Secondary events.

 

This is a rare opportunity to shape work that directly impacts our customers, while gaining valuable exposure across the business. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams including Brand & Comms, Commercial, Operations, Safety, and our Store teams.

 

You’ll also manage your own budget, building commercial acumen, broadening your experience, and strengthening internal networks along the way.

What you’ll do:

 

 

Reporting to the National Instore Communications Manager, you’ll work closely with our marketing, brand & content team, creative studio, and our print suppliers to deliver great experiences and key brand messages to our instore customers.

•    Support the activation of the Coles Customer Calendar and Brand Platforms
•    Coordinate and communicate all instore marketing activity
•    Maintain instore marketing communications content
•    Effectively engage key stakeholders and external print partners and on-time and to budget
•    Be responsible for budget management and reconciliation.

 


 
About you and your skills

 


Coming from an inhouse marketing or agency background, you've held a Marketing Coodinator, Marketing Planner or Production / Account Manager role, and demonstrate a passion for customer experience and the in-store channel.

 

You’re a doer with initiative — someone who can lead from the front, support others, and help lift systems, processes, and ways of working. 

 

 

You'll also have

  • Confidence navigating cross-functional teams
  • Standout project management skills; keeping things on track while bringing people with you
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with print production — with a strong grip on how customers engage with POS in-store.
