About the role 


2-year maximum term contract opportunity - Supporting the Ocado program, the P&C BP Transformation will manage the Business Readiness requirements generated by the introduction of the new Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) network in VIC and NSW as well as the release of the Ocado In Store Fulfilment solution nationally. 


Partnering with key stakeholders and COE teams to ensure successful initiative delivery of change and communications along with training requirements for new sites, stores, and central teams.   



What you’ll be doing 


  • Building and leading the end-to-end Change and Communication strategy including defining the training approachmethod and schedule required for sites 
  • Managing alignment of the change plan to fluid program releases and go-lives   
  • Undertake Change Impact Assessments, business process documentation, training needs analysis as well as supporting the Knowledge Transfer process partnering with Ocado’s L&D team 
  • Drive the successful delivery of the Change and Communicatioplan partnering with program teams across Business Readiness, Transition and Solution Implementation  
  • Closely align key stakeholders – including but not limited to eCommerce, Central Ops, P&C, Stores, Transport, Safety, ER, Corporate Affairs and the Program team to understand needs, impacting factors and specific requirements whilst implementing strategies to address complexities and barriers  



Good things you’ll need 


  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline preferred   
  • Proven experience in change management and communications in a large and complex organisation 
  • Ability to lead change across complex stakeholder networks with conflicting interests 
  • Knowledge of generalist P&C best practices and demonstrated business partnering capability is preferred  
  • Experience in retail operations, supply chain operations and or alternate operational environments (e.g. Manufacturing) preferred 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with the ability to work under pressure to deliver to deadlines  
  • Exceptional planning, organisational and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilise and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver though messages achieving engagement and execute with limited information and ambiguity #LI-PC
