About the role- 12 Months Fixed term


P&C Business Partners strategically partner with the business to execute and deliver on activity aligned to client group strategy by leveraging unique understanding of the business area. The P&C Business Partner – Technology is responsible for: Learning & Development, Org Design & Development, Talent Management, and Gender Equity
•    You will work with the business and leaders to drive the omnichannel and digital eCommerce strategy
•    Work collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence to brief and consult on the development of People solutions aligned to business needs.  
•    Partner with the business to ensure Talent & Performance management practices are embedded. 
•    Input into the development and oversee the execution of all cyclical & corporate P&C activities to ensure fit for purpose and effectively executed within Business Units.
•    Partner with your clients group GMs to align an the people strategy with their business strategy.
•    Work with the business and the Org effectiveness team in building out Success Profiles for all our job roles
•    Work with our Learning team to Define, develop and deliver the eCommerce Academy
•    Work closely with our Talent team in identifying opportunities for eCommerce to leverage COE tools, systems and workshops
•    Work with COEs to build capabilities among leaders and equip them with appropriate tools and resources to manage change for our Customer Obsessed Transformation
•    Consult on recruitment at GM direct reports and GM talent pipeline roles where required

 

About you and your skills


•    Proven P&C generalist experience working in a shared services model
•    Ability to build capability in line managers through coaching and enabling them to ensure you can spend your time on strategic value add pieces for the business
•    Project experience and ability to run and deliver
•    Solid understanding of communication channels and stakeholder management
•    Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
•    Excellent interpersonal, influencing and delivery skills
•    Able to navigate change in large organisations and work at all levels of the organisation
•    Prioritising execution alongside strategic thinking when planning
