About the Role 

 

 Are you a proactive HR/ER professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys helping leaders navigate complex people issues? We’re seeking an experienced P&C Advisor to provide specialist support across our portfolio of brands.

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with line managers as their trusted advisor on performance, behaviour, conduct, and workplace relations matters. You’ll manage a broad range of people‑related cases, offer clear and practical guidance, and ensure decisions are aligned with our policies, enterprise agreements, and the Fair Work Act. 

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

Case & Issue Management

  • Providing expert advice to managers on performance management, misconduct, and non‑work‑related injury/illness cases.
  • Assess and resolve team member concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Workplace Relations & Compliance

  • Supporting investigations into equal opportunity complaints and employee relations issues across all brands.
  • Ensure all advice aligns with legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal policies.

Risk Management

  • Identify and assess workplace relations risks, including sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and safety‑related matters.
  • Recommending strategies to minimise exposure and support compliant decision‑making.

Leader Capability & Coaching

  • Coach and guide leaders through people processes, helping them build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic recommendations and communicate implications of various options.

 

 

About you and your skills: 

 

HR/ER Expertise

  • Significant experience managing HR/ER cases across performance, behaviour, investigations, and workplace concerns.

Strong Performance & Conduct Experience

  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume and complex performance, behaviour, and equal opportunity matters.

Stakeholder Influence

  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Legislative Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, workplace policies, and industrial instruments.

Customer‑Focused Approach

  • Ability to communicate risks clearly, provide balanced recommendations, and support leaders to make informed decisions.

Adaptable & Responsive

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering timely, accurate advice in a fast‑moving environment.
