About the Role: As an Organisational Design Manager at Coles, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organisational structure to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our overall performance.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of organisational design initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current organisational structures and processes.
  • Develop and present recommendations for optimising organisational design.
  • Manage and support the implementation of organisational changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational design initiatives.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in organisational design within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
