About the role 

 

Accountable for operational execution and customer service for Coles Primary Freight with a focus on ensuring the team meets or exceeds service targets. 
 

You will also: 

  • Monitor transport movements 
  • Communicate with stakeholders to recover late DC arrivals, rejections and carrier “no shows” 
  • Execute urgent adhoc requests and manual shipments when required 
  • Ensure ongoing carrier issues and concerns are recorded and escalated to the Network Carrier Manager when required

 

About you and your skills 

 

  • 3+ years of experience in transport and/or supply chain covering FMCG 
  • Experience of working with 1-Net or other transport management systems 
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and skills 
  • Excellent numerical, planning and software exposure/skills
