About the role
As the Online Content Coordinator for CFCs, you will manage the end-to-end content planning and briefing process for CFCs trade offers and campaigns, to deliver the Customer Trade Plan across Coles Online web & App platforms.
- Brief in weekly trade and content requests to the CFC Content Author, Designer and CFC/National trade teams, working in partnership to deliver the trade plan.
- Develop and manage the CFC briefing process to seamlessly launch upcoming campaigns, in partnership with the National Trade team.
- Plan out weekly Homepage placements for CFC offers, ensuring collaboration with the National trade team to make commercially viable and customer lead decisions.
- Develop supporting CFC content to drive specific category and product performance via the Homepage and website placements.
- Review all CFC content and lead the approval process, connecting with the Senior Trade Manager for final sign off.
- Complete weekly planning with the CRM specialist to plan out emails for next day delivery offers, content and ranges.
- Collaborate with the Content Author on priorities and content requirements within the planning and execution process.
- Work with CFC Marketing to develop campaign support including Paid Search activations.
- Support with weekly reporting on content performance, website engagement, promotion performance, category, and product insights to share back to the team and develop opportunities/actions from.
- Develop an A/B testing program for content focusing on imagery, headlines and conversion-oriented CTA’s to deliver sales in partnership with the Product Manager for CFC growth.
- Work with Digital Category managers to develop and coordinate offer details including product details/lists. promotion loading and performance.
- Manage and update relevant trade planning documents for team visibility and circulation.
- Supporting the Content Author with ad hoc Web and content updates across the website and app.
About you and your skills
- 2 - 3+ years' Ecommerce, with exposure to Content & Trade.
- 2 - 3+ year’s experience working with a CMS (AEM preferable.
- 2+ years working on Analytical tools e.g. Adobe or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer First and Growth Mindset.
