About the role
This permanent role sits at the centre of how we plan and deliver marketing, establishing the frameworks, cadence and quarterly prioritisation that connect campaigns, channels and commercial objectives into one cohesive, omnichannel customer journey.
You will translate strategy and insight into clear, executable plans, embed test-and-learn and continuous optimisation, and uplift ways of working across Brand and Marketing.

What you will do
As part of a newly formed and highly visible function, you’ll work across eCommerce, digital, insights and agency partners to influence outcomes and mobilise teams from ideation through to implementation.
You’ll also:
• Lead integrated customer journey planning across campaigns and channels
• Drive the quarterly planning and prioritisation process
• Bring structure and clarity to how work moves from strategy into market
• Partner with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams
• Enable better decision-making, optimise campaign activation and embed consistent, efficient ways of working that improve performance and customer experience.
About you and your skills
You’re a Marketing Manager or Planning Manager with 5+ years’ experience in complex retail/FMCG environments. You’re known for turning strategy into clear plans and processes that others can execute.
You’ve delivered integrated, multi-channel campaigns, worked closely with cross-functional teams and agencies, and are confident influencing peers to align on priorities and outcomes.
You’ll also have
• Experience developing integrated or omnichannel marketing plans and customer journeys
• Experience translating insight into strategic, actionable recommendations
• Experience working with agency partners to deliver and optimise campaign outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
