Key Responsibilities

•    Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, delivering best-in-class account management and service levels
•    Building and managing a long-term sales pipeline, ensuring future revenue growth is secured and scalable
•    Collaborating closely with our B2B Growth Product Manager (GPM) to define and prioritise customer features and enhancements that unlock growth opportunities
•    Championing the Coles for Business value proposition, both internally and externally, to drive brand awareness and market penetration

About You
We’re looking for a confident commercial leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building things from the ground up. You’ll bring:

•    Proven experience in national B2B sales, business development or commercial account management, ideally in retail, FMCG, logistics or adjacent industries
•    Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plans with measurable results
•    Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sustainable profitability
•    Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
•    A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong influencing and communication capabilities
