An exciting opportunity has arisen in our central marketing team to join as Marketing Specialist- Digital Screens. Working closely with the Media team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, commercialisation, and ongoing delivery of digital screens in ours stores.  If you are customer driven. commercial and want to contribute to the innovative ways we continue to engage with our customers in stores then do apply now!



What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the content plan and schedule of the screen rollouts to our stores. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing screens delivered are aligned with our brand and content strategy as well as work with suppliers to ensure their content is demonstrating value and ROI.


You’ll also:

  • Utilise our CMS Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to import the content and creatives to the screens
  • Manage each store’s schedule and screen content ensuring it is delivered correctly and on time
  • Provide suppliers and stakeholders with relevant reporting on the performance of their screens
  • Suggest design, copy, timing, and placement enhancements to the screens to maximise supplier revenue and deliver in marketing objectives
  • Provide requirements to the Product Owner of digital assets to enhance the functionality of the CMS, focusing on automation of design, animation, and delivery.
  • Continuously optimise the ways of working with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create visibility within the business and with suppliers on the value and function of digital screens, driving excitement and demand



Good things you’ll need

We’re after a customer obsessed marketing professional with demonstrated experience within digital marketing and media.


You’ll also need:

  • Experience using analytics tools and forming insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholder
  • Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • CMS content authoring experience (Ideal but not essential)
