About the role

 

 

 

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth digital channel at the centre of Coles’ store of the future strategy.  

 

As Marketing Specialist – Digital Screens, you’ll shape how we connect with customers in-store through an expanding network of digital screens. With strong backing from Coles360 and a clear pipeline of innovation, this role offers real autonomy, visibility and impact while supporting the growth of retail media across the network. 

 

 

 

 

What you will do 

 

 

 

You will lead content planning and scheduling across our national screen network ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and optimised for customer impact, while supporting the rollout of new screen formats and capabilities. 

 

 

You will also: 

 

 

 

  • Coordinate supplier and internal creative to ensure content is on-brand and compliant 
  • Oversee publishing and execution via CMS platforms 
  • Partner with stakeholders on approvals, prioritisation and screen allocation 
  • Use insights to optimise content, placement and performance 
  • Support improvements to CMS capability and ways of working. 

 

 

 

About you and your skills 

 

 

 

Coming from an in-house or agency background, you’ll have 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on content management role within a digital environment, with exposure to CMS or marketing technology platforms.  

 

You’re confident using systems to upload, schedule and manage content, alongside experience delivering campaigns end-to-end across multiple stakeholders and timelines. 

 

You bring a strong customer lens to your decision making and thrive in a fast-moving environment, balancing priorities, adapting to change and maintaining momentum across multiple deliverables. 

 

 

 

You will also have: 

 

 

 

  • Strong project planning and workflow coordination capability 
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and managing competing demands 
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable improvements 
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to process adherence 
  • Experience/exposure to OnQ or Broadsign ideal, not mandatory.
