About the role
This exciting 12-month secondment opportunity is a hybrid role, giving you exposure to the foundations of category marketing while supporting a close-knit team.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Category Marketing Managers across Health, Beauty, and Baby—areas that feature prominently in our weekly catalogue. From major events like spring cleaning to baby-focused promotions, you’ll help shape campaigns that land with impact and resonate with our customers.

What you will do
Working alongside our Category Marketing Managers, you’ll be responsible for coordinating catalogue activity and providing critical process support to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, every time.
This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to be proactive in managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and cyclical activity across weekly catalogue pages and category events
- Coordinate inputs across merchandising, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders
- Support the build and execution of catalogue and category trade plans
- Act as a central point of contact, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders where needed
- Ensure catalogue content is delivered accurately and on brand, every week
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency in how we deliver campaigns.
About you and your skills
You are a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives on managing deadlines and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
You’re confident in communication, comfortable being directive when required, and bring energy and organisation to everything you do.
With 1-2 years of experience in marketing or merchandising, you’re looking for a role that offers variety, development, and broad exposure across both category and marketing.
You will also have
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator or BCC in our merchandising team
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence to work with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, process-driven approach to work
- The ability to manage cyclical activity and keep projects on track
- A collaborative mindset, with a passion for learning and supporting team success.
