About the role

 


Are you ready to drive conversion, revenue, and growth while delivering exceptional campaigns and value to our customers? We're seeking a Marketing Planner - Lifecycle to join our dedicated team responsible for driving engagement, growth, and retention for our existing Coles Online Customers. 

 

 


What you’ll be doing

 

 
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Growth & Retention, you’ll deliver the end-to-end customer communications within the Coles lifecycle journey and track performance to shift key customer metrics. 


 
 
You’ll also


 
•    Focus on test and learn initiatives and optimisation strategies.

•    Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimisation and performance tracking to contribute to portfolio growth and revenue.

•    Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and influence campaign success.

•    Drive brilliant customer experiences and shift key customer metrics including monthly active shoppers, traffic, and revenue.

•    Analyse campaign reports to derive actionable insights.

 


 
What you bring

 

 
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing/CRM and come from a sizeable fast paced business. Ideally you bring experience working on brands that have loyalty or customer retention programs. 

 

With your strong attention to detail and commercial acumen, you’re known for delivering impactful results.

 


 
You’ll also need

 

 

•    Familiarity with Responsys or other campaign management platforms.
•    Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar customer analytics platforms. 
•    Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
•    Demonstrated campaign management, delivery, and analysis experience.
