About the role 

 

 

This role owns the planning and delivery of customer lifecycle marketing communications for Coles supermarkets, bringing campaigns and customer moments to life across email, app push, SMS and targeted digital channels.  

 

You’ll coordinate multiple campaigns at pace, working with a broad group of internal teams and external partners to ensure activity is delivered accurately, on time and in line with customer and commercial objectives. 

 

It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, takes real ownership of delivery end to end, and can confidently juggle multiple stakeholders while keeping customer experience front of mind.

• Own end-to-end execution across email, push notifications, SMS and targeted digital activity 

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

• Partner closely with creative, analytics, legal and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance 

• Track performance and work with insights teams to optimise campaigns and outcomes 

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive results.

 

 

About you & your skills 

 

 

• 2+ years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM or direct marketing environments (email, push, SMS or similar) 

• Proven ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines 

• Strong ownership mindset with hands-on delivery focus from planning through to execution 

• Customer-led thinker with understanding of journeys, segmentation and lifecycle principles 

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in complex environments 

• Highly organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
