The Coles Financial Services team are on the lookout for a great strategic marketer. In the Marketing Manager position, you will manage and deliver end-to-end marketing programs for Coles Credit Cards products.  This position will see you work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and take product concepts and propositions to market and will manage the comprehensive implementation of the marketing program. Please note this is a 12 month FTC role. 

 

 

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of the marketing program, including creative development, approvals, program optimisation, inflight and post-implementation reporting.

 

You’ll also:

  • Manage the distribution/ activity plan setting clear program expectations and tracking associated budget to ensure expenses are accounted for and as planned
  • Support the development and management of key relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Be responsible for target setting and budget management for all marketing activity

 

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after a passionate marketing professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder relationship skills with experience ideally in the financial services sector. 

 

You’ll also need:

  • Strong knowledge of strategic marketing concepts, along with complex project management and execution skills and experience
  • Highly analytical and confident working with research and insights
  • Experience managing large and complex integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets, working with creative and media agencies
  • A high level of confidence working with key senior level stakeholders in large and complex organisations, while leveraging your influencing skills
