An opportunity to join our central Brand and Content team as a Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC basis has arisen. You will play a key role in increasing customer loyalty to Coles by identifying, developing, executing, and communicating new initiatives which deliver customer-centric solutions through marketing activity.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for articulating and delivering key objectives in line with the assigned marketing platform and the customer calendar events, while leveraging brand assets and technology to communicate Coles' values.

 

You’ll also:

  • Manage the effective delivery of end to end marketing campaigns on time and on budget, ensuring we are delivering the right message through the right channel to the right customers.
  • Analyse post-campaign results to determine the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
  • Drive efficient engagement with agency partners to ensure activities delivered effectively & within budget.
  • Work closely with Data and insights teams to ensure insights underpin marketing decisions.
  • Promote collaborative team environment to ensure Coles is a great place to work.

 

 

Good things you’ll need

We’re after a customer obsessed strategic marketer with a broad marketing background who thrives working in fast paced and busy environments. You will ideally come from a retail environment.

 

You’ll also need:

  • Strong knowledge of strategic marketing concepts, end to end marketing campaign development and execution, and complex project/budget management experience
  • High analysis capability, working with research and insights teams
  • Experience with brand and media planning managing and working with creative/media agencies
  • A high level of confidence working with key senior level stakeholders in large and complex organisations, while leveraging your influencing skills
